By participating in the Sweepstakes or submitting your entry, you are indicating that you have read, understood and fully agree to these rules.
Sweepstakes period: The “CB Media 13B Longtail Riverboat” Sweepstakes starts on January 22, 2021 and ends on February 10, 2020.
Eligibility: All participants must be of legal age in their country/state/province of residence at the time of entry, possess a valid form of identification and be a legal resident of a country that allows the importation of a custom boat or be willing to accept the alternative prize.
How to enter: All participants will be able to enter the sweepstakes using two methods:
Method 1: Purchase Quarter Million Club Apparel at https://www.cbmediaonyoutube.com/
Method 2: Mail-in entry: To enter without purchase, write to us on a 4x6 postcard, handwritten: Name, city, province/state, country, postal code, email address, phone number and responding in 26 words or more to the question: "what would you be most excited about if you won the grand prize?"

Notice to all entrants: It is your responsibility to check with your local laws, jurisdiction rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your country. You acknowledge that certain countries have regulations that will prevent the importation of a boat. If you are the winner and this is the case with your country you acknowledge the risks, and understand that you may win, but not be able to receive the actual boat and must accept the alternative prize.
Drawing: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor in Summer 2021 once the video series is completed.
Prize claim conditions: Entrants selected as potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance. Each potential winner will be notified within approximately forty eight hours of the draw date at the email account provided during the purchase process or the mail-in entry. Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner three times. If the potential winner does not respond within seven days of the initial attempt of notification, they will be disqualified and deemed ineligible to win any and all prizes.
In order to be declared a winner each individual must:

Complete and return to Sponsor by the deadline specified written affidavit of eligibility and publicity release form, releasing Sponsor from any liability in connection with any prizes.

Complete all tax documentation required by the law.
Grand Prize: Custom Longtail Riverboat. Estimated retail value: $15,000 USD, or $5,000 USD plus an all expenses paid one week trip to Thailand
Secondary Prize: $250 USD to ten entrants
Odds: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
Grand prize additional terms and conditions: The grand prize will be awarded "AS IS" with no warranty.
Personal information: Sponsor will collect and use information you provide when you enter the Longtail Riverboat Sweepstakes for the purposes of prize fulfillment. Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Right to void/modify: Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or modify “CB Media 13B Longtail Riverboat” Sweepstakes, or these Official Sweepstakes Rules at any time without notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
General Conditions: Winning any prize is dependant on meeting all the requirements set forth herein. Mass or automated entries, entries submitted by third parties, and any entries that are late, incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, unidentified will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process. Prize redemption will be arranged between the winner and Sponsor. Sponsor will pay shipping fees. The winner is solely responsible for all importation fees, taxes, VAT, and surcharges imposed by the winner's local jurisdiction in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. By accepting the grand prize, the winner shall release Sponsor from all liability, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from the winner's use, or misuse of any prize. The winner agrees that the process will be documented and rights to any photography and videography belong solely to Sponsor and can be used at their sole discretion.
